This course requires constant interaction with a researcher from the IMDEA Software Institute, who will be your adviser and who will monitor your progress. If you are not a student affiliated to the IMDEA Software Institute, please follow these instructions. If you do not follow them, you may be asked to register in some other course.

Prerequisites
Have enough overall knowledge of a wide spectrum of computer science topics in order to follow and understand the research presentations which are made in the seminar.

Summary and objectives
The IMDEA Software Institute hosts a research presentation every week. All enrolled students are expected to make at least one such presentation per semester, and all students are expected to attend all (or, at least, most) presentations. Student advisers may periodically check that students are actually following and understanding the presentations and establishing the right connections (when applicable) with their own field of study in order to assess their maturity, and also check the quality of the presentation made.
