Important notes

  • If you need an invitation letter (for a visa application, for example), please write to the General Chairs of the conference.
  • If the card with which the registration is being made is under a name other than that of the registrant (as, for example, in many corporate / university cards), please send an email to the General Chairs telling them so and including the cardholder's name.

  • No cash will be accepted for any payment.
  • There is no separate price for on-site registration: the late registration procedure can be used at any moment.


Regular conference registration fees include:

  • Entrance to all scientific meetings, including workshops and Autumn School.
  • Conference bag & publications.
  • Coffee service in the coffee breaks.
  • One Welcome Reception ticket.
  • One banquet ticket.

Student conference registration fees include:

  • The same as the regular conference registration.
  • Students will be required to show their proof of student status at the registration desk.

Workshops/School only registration fees include:

  • Attendance to Workshops and Autumn School.
  • Coffee service in the coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy - Registration

Refunds are possible through the Association for Logic Programming if requests are received by September 5, 2016. Please contact the ALP treasurer Andy King (a.m.king@kent.ac.uk).

Please note that a cancellation is subject to a $100 processing fee, and no refund will be processed for cancellations received after September 5, 2016.
