Seminars and related events are an important part of the activities of the Institute. They are a means for information exchange, promoting internal and external collaborations, and keeping abreast of recent developments.
The Invited Talks series comprises seminars given by visitors from other universities, institutes, or industry. A second series, the regular Software Seminar Series, comprises talks given on a weekly basis by faculty members and students at the IMDEA Software Institute and neighboring institutions, who present their work in progress and research directions. Some of these talks are also part of research reading groups, presenting papers that are of interest in a particular topic.
