This is a workshop on presentation skills, in preparation for our annual poster competition. It will consist of 2 parts:

• Part 1: Tips and tricks on how to give good presentations, including both how to structure a slide-deck and how to deliver a talk (Thaleia and Andrea).
• Part 2: Practice elevator pitches in smaller groups (monitored by senior members). In this context, an elevator pitch will be a 60 second answer to the question: “What is your research/work about”?
