Yesterday, we welcomed the Rector of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Óscar García Suárez, to the IMDEA Software Institute, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Research, Luis Gómez Fernández, and the Rector’s Delegate for Communication and Institutional Relations, Marta Olea de Cárdenas.
They were received by the Institute’s Director, Manuel Carro, and Deputy Director, Antonio Fernández Anta, who presented the main research lines of the center, along with its mission and vision in the field of software.
During the visit, the UPM representatives had the opportunity to learn in detail about the facilities and the work being carried out to promote research excellence at the international level. We appreciate their interest and the opportunity to continue strengthening the collaboration between both institutions.
