On Sunday, 14 December, IMDEA Software took part in the Carrera de las Empresas, an event that every year brings together sport and the business world in Madrid. For a few hours, the Paseo de la Castellana became a meeting point for up to 30.000 participants from all kinds of companies.
A total of 28 people from our institute, including researchers, administrative and IT staff, took the start line organised in groups. Participants could choose between 5 or 10 kilometres, always running in teams of 2, 3 or 4 members from the same organisation.
But the day did not end at the finish line. After crossing it, the whole team got together to celebrate with a well-deserved breakfast. An event that we will surely repeat in the next edition.
