On Monday, April 13, 2026, Juan Caballero, researcher professor at IMDEA Software, participated in the Technology Transfer Forum organized by Las Rozas City Council. The aim of the event was to facilitate a series of brief meetings, lasting no more than 7 minutes, in which companies presented the challenges they face in their day-to-day operations. In turn, Juan Caballero introduced the institute and its main areas of work, with the goal of exploring new models of collaboration.
The event was opened by Alba Monteiro, Councillor for Economy, Innovation and Employment at Las Rozas City Council, and also featured Ana Ayerbe, President of RENIC (Spanish National Cybersecurity Research Network of Excellence), who delivered the talk Creating to Solve Business Challenges through Technology Transfer.
We hope that this initiative will foster valuable new connections and strengthen collaboration between the business sector and the academic and technological ecosystem.
