The IMDEA Software Institute is a non-profit Foundation. This legal status provides appropriate guarantees for the management of public funds while allowing flexibility and simplicity in administrative procedures as well as in hiring, for both researchers and technical staff.
The IMDEA Software Institute is part of IMDEA, the Madrid Institutes for Advanced Studies, a network of international research centers in the Madrid region for research of excellence in areas of high economic impact.
