Madrid Research Network (REDIMadrid) is the high-speed data network for research and higher education institutions that provides high-speed connectivity to universities and research centers within the Madrid region. REDIMadrid provides these centers with advanced connectivity and connects with RedIRIS the National Network for Universities and Research Centers.

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our stable team in charge of managing, planning new deployments of REDIMadrid, including an emerging quantum communication infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of proven experience in skills related to the position. We are looking for an engineer with a global vision of a service provider, understanding how it works from the fiber side to the sides of the services.

At least 4 years work experience and a Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or related field.
The candidate must be capable of proposing improvement solutions and must be team player.
