PhD student in the intersection of Systems - Machine Learning - Computer Vision

Applications are invited for a PhD student position at the IMDEA Software Institute, Madrid, Spain.

The selected candidate will work with Thaleia Dimitra Doudali.

The specific topic of the research will be determined based on the common interests of the candidate and the supervisor. Here are some potential research areas:

Who should apply?

Preference will be given to students that have earned or are about to earn their Master’s or advanced undergraduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering.

The position requires good programming and problem solving skills and proficiency in spoken and written English. A background on machine learning (course work, coding experience etc.) is not required but highly desirable.

Dates
