This training session is designed to help IMDEA Software employees understand the mechanisms available under applicable whistleblowing regulations for reporting serious misconduct or irregularities within the organization. Participants will learn how to access and use IMDEA Software’s Ethical Channel to submit inquiries or reports, as well as how to monitor the progress and outcome of their submissions.

Almudena Domínguez Martín holds a Law Degree from the University of Valladolid and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, with specializations in Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. She is a Consultant in the Professional Services team at Aranzadi La Ley, where she provides expertise in compliance and regulatory matters.
